Located in the rolling Suffolk countryside, the pastry bakery boasts a fine tradition of pie, pasty and pastry making. With craftsmanship and knowledge built up over many years, the bakery demonstrates passion for excellence and quality.

The small artisan team is lead by a qualified chef with many years of experience in a number of very select venues. Passion for great tasting, fresh and wholesome food is at the heart of the drive to offer enjoyment and eating pleasure.

The team has enjoyed many years together, bringing pride and passion to their craft. Carefully hand preparing, filling and crafting the buttercrust pastry, applying by hand the glaze and then baking your Absolute Angus Steak Slice to golden perfection.

Commitment, integrity and tradition are the main ingredients here. Everything is made in-house; there are no short-cuts. Every ingredient and every method is hand selected to offer the very best quality.

Attention to detail and respect for ingredients and preparation tells in the end. It's worth it. Much of the preparation and cooking could easily be done by a machine but we chose to do much by hand, believing there is no substitute for the experience and perfection of an artisan baker and chef

The result is an alternative to mass-produced, industrially homogenised factory pies which taste the same and more than often have something in the ingredients which you can't even pronounce - worrying, isn't it?
